Must have 3-5 years of data management experience including the organizing and filing of both physical and digital documents. This position predominantly handles physical documents. This is a requirement of the Department of Transportations regulations to comply with federal drug testing programs. Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook software applications and have familiarity with using an HRIS system. Must possess excellent critical thinking and auditing skills, and the willingness to pay close attention to detail on work related projects. Must have exemplary customer service and problem resolution skills. Must be able to take the initiative to establish positive working relationships with the Districts management staff and vendors. Must be willing to work collaboratively and be a team player. Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
