I would appreciate it if you can provide the best time and number to reach you to discuss this further Role SAP Concur and T&E Location Remote travel Required Rate - $55/hr JD SAP Concur Invoice SME (Accounts Payable) We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Invoice SME to lead and execute the implementation of the SAP Concur Invoice module. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in the system setup, ensuring that the invoice processing system aligns with the organizations requirements and enhances accounts payable operations. Key Responsibilities: Execute the setup and customization of the SAP Concur Invoice (Accounts Payable) module, tailoring it to suit the organization's specific invoicing needs. Implement automated invoice processing workflows, optimize vendor management features, and ensure the system adheres to internal control requirements. Oversee and manage the data migration from existing systems to SAP Concur Invoice, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Collaborate closely with technical teams to integrate SAP Concur Invoice with existing ERP systems, overseeing all aspects of the integration process. Support comprehensive training, user guides and hands-on training sessions for finance teams and relevant staff. Actively contribute to the testing phase, troubleshooting issues, and refining system functionalities. Offer ongoing technical support post-implementation, continuously assessing and improving the system based on user interaction and feedback. He/She must have: Extensive experience in hands-on SAP Concur Invoice configurations and implementations. Strong knowledge of travel and expense management processes. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts. The end client is a Fund of Funds located in Boston (MA). The work will be conducted in US ET Time zone. This role would be remote. Potential site visits if required.
