Position: Senior Oracle Implementation Consultant (Techno Functional Lead) (hybrid) Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ months Job Description: As a Senior Oracle Financial Consultant (Techno/Functional Lead ) you will be an entrusted asset playing a key role in the clients Oracle Cloud Transformation Practice. This is an exciting role that requires hands-on implementation, leadership, and problem-solving experience with Oracle Cloud ERP application, primarily Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, etc.), Supply Chain and Manufacturing with high competency in L2-L3 Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2) business processes, among others. Through this role you will have the opportunity to serve as a lead on key client projects related to the solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP (Core Financials, Procurement, Expenses, and Revenue Management, among others) applications to drive Finance Transformations. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply chain and Manufacturing. Partner with clients business stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment in accordance with the Oracle Unified Method (OUM). Lead the solution options considering Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply Chain and Manufacturing capabilities to address business requirements and business pain points. Ensure high quality and value-added documentation of functional and technical solution design for review, update, and approval for implementation. Lead the hands-on configuration in Oracle Cloud Financials (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA), Supply Chain Manufacturing and work with client stakeholders to ensure configurations are in alignment with business requirements. Lead the hands-on development of custom solutions across Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions. Manage and drive continuous development of industry-specific accelerators (templates, best practices, automation tools) for faster delivery. Required Skills/Experience: 2-3 prior full-lifecycle implementations. 10+ years prior experience with Oracle ERP (Financials, SCM, HCM, etc). Excellent communications skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
