| From: Anamika, RCI [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] ** Need local DL of TEXAS only ** Role: Salesforce Developer Location: Houston, TX [ Mostly remote occasional visits] Need local DL Duration: 12 Months Visa USC or GC Rate: $50/hr C2C Maxx Support the full software development lifecycle, including development of new code, build and deploy, and bug fixes Work closely with customers and team members to understand and document business and/or technical requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions; Provide on-going production support including the resolution of incidents and administration of system configuration and user set-up/security; Produce recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code; Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation, and buy vs. build recommendations; Utilize experience in systems analysis, design, and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies; Compile feedback from end users, business owners, quality assurance, and other team members to improve performance; Develop technical documentation to assist in future software development projects; Perform other duties and projects as assigned; Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others, report workplace hazards, injuries, or illness immediately. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS ANY COMBINATION OF REQUIREMENTS WHICH PROVIDE KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES NECESSARY TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE CONSIDERED . Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 5+ years of programming/systems analysis experience; 2+ years of Salesforce development experience, specifically with the Salesforce B2B Commerce managed package; 2+ years of Java development experience; 2+ years of systems integration experience; Development technologies including APEX, Java, Web Services (SOAP/REST) and SQL; Familiarity with SDLC and CI/CD tools, repo, branching and deployment; Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies; Ability to work as a project team member or occasionally as a project lead and coach technical staff as appropriate; Strong problem solving skills; Strong organizational and communication skills. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status; Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently in order to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions, and to respond to inquiries; Ability to understand and comply with MRC guidelines and expectations, to include Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.
