Configure and administer TIBCO EMS 8.x messaging middleware for reliable and scalable message-oriented middleware (MOM) communication between applications and systems. Develop and consume SOAP and REST-based APIs using TIBCO BusinessWorks for integrating applications, services, and data sources across heterogeneous environments. Implement messaging patterns (e.g., point-to-point, publish/subscribe) and quality of service (QoS) policies using TIBCO EMS for message delivery, acknowledgment, and reliability. Collaborate with application developers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, define integration patterns, and design scalable and reliable integration solutions. Develop and maintain Kubernetes deployment configurations (e.g., YAML files, Helm charts) for deploying and managing containerized applications, microservices, and TIBCO BusinessWorks applications. Configure and manage Kubernetes clusters, namespaces, pods, services, and ingress resources using Kubernetes administration tools and APIs. Monitor and troubleshoot integration solutions and containerized applications using monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging frameworks (e.g., ELK stack) to ensure performance, availability, and reliability. Collaborate with DevOps engineers to automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of integration solutions and containerized applications using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Stay up-to-date with the latest TIBCO releases, features, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and improve integration solutions and deployment processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 7 to 12+ years of experience as a TIBCO Integration Engineer, Middleware Engineer, or similar role, with hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using TIBCO products. Strong proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x and 5.x for building integration processes, orchestrations, and workflows, using both graphical and code-based development approaches. Experience with TIBCO EMS 8.x messaging middleware, including configuration, administration, and monitoring of queues, topics, subscribers, and durable subscriptions. Proficiency in developing SOAP and REST-based APIs using TIBCO BusinessWorks, including defining service contracts, message formats, and data transformations using XML, JSON, and other formats. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, including deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications in production environments. Knowledge of Kubernetes deployment patterns, infrastructure components (e.g., pods, services, deployments), and administration tasks (e.g., cluster setup, configuration, monitoring). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
