Need only local & LinkedIn profile with submittal Need only 1 -2 profiles Oracle Database Developer Onsite- NYC, NY 24+ months Only USC/GC/GCEAD/H4EAD Required Skills: Proficient and have hands-on experience with Oracle DB release 9i or higher (5+ years experience) Proficient and have hands-on experience with ERwin development environment (3+ years experience) Must be proficient and have hands-on experience with Oracle P/L SQL (Oracle 8i, or preferable 9i) with 3+ years experience Must be experienced with TOAD (Tool for Oracle Application Development) (3+ years experience) Responsibilities: Software support over all stages of the software development life cycle. System integration and interdepartmental interfacing is required to provide system data and management reports for operating and staff departments and customer information. Design, build and support Oracle DBs using ERwin, TOAD and SQL+ development tools Work closely with applications developers on new development of ColdFusion/Oracle systems Build Stored Procedures, DB Packages, Triggers and Views Provide additional technical assistance with custom development and support activities as directed by the designated MTA Project Manager. Knowledge transfer in the areas of Oracle DBA, Oracle SQL and PL-SQL programming and performance monitoring Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong experience in Java Programming; stand-alone applications and servlets, Apache Tomcat. Strong experience with Google Web Toolkit (GWT). In-depth knowledge of relational databases MySQL, Oracle and JDBC API. Strong knowledge of developing web programming, HTML, java script, XML. Full knowledge of Unix/Linux OS, shell scripting. Basic understanding of socket level programming, Modbus TCP/IP. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate.
