Required 8 Required Works closely with internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects. 8 Required Participates in after-hours task and deployments on a periodic basis to resolve critical nightly procedures. 8 Required Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8 Required Familiarity with administering software across two of the following tool types: reporting, batch scheduling, test implementation and tracking, postal address resolution, and fuzzy name matching 8 Required Ability to assume administration duties for unfamiliar tools software. 8 Required Collaborate with server support teams and data center vendors to schedule outage windows for server and tools maintenance, following established agency change management procedures. 8 Required Supporting DevOps functions to best utilize cloud resources with software configuration management and continuous integration tools. 8 Required System Analyst adept in multi-platform environments.
