The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services industry and distribution knowledge. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, day-to-day execution, management, implementation and reporting of projects often of varying scope that involve teams across the enterprise. Accountable to manage and monitor project tasks and controls during project planning and delivery activities to ensure on-time and quality goals are met within scope and budget. Work independently and apply project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications, and presentations to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations. Understand, apply, promote and contribute to MassMutual use of different delivery methodologies, standards and tools. The Team We are a cross-discipline technology team that partners closely with our advisor focused distribution channel. We provide exceptional IT Services, including consultation, project planning and management, business analysis, design and development and quality assurance. Our team leverages a broad set of business knowledge and technical skills leading quality delivery of solutions that enhance the financial professional experience.
