Client Experienced profiles preferred Exp: 12+ Years must Job Description: Candidates must have experience in training PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM); preference to trainers with Texas state agency PeopleSoft branded CAPPS HR/Payroll training experience. This is a hybrid remote position as some in-office work to conduct training classes may be required. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Years Required Experience 8 Required Experience developing PeopleSoft Human Capital Management training courses. 8 Required Experience delivering PeopleSoft Human Capital Management training. 8 Required Experience creating instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) related to PeopleSoft Human Capital Management. 8 Required Experience organizing curriculum that breaks a complex subject into blocks or units of instruction.
