Title: Pega CLSA Location: NYC,NY (Day 1 onsite hybrid) Long Term Candidates who have worked on the latest Pega version - Cosmos Have good experience with Workflows and Integrations in Pega Responsibilities: 1. Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-level Pega applications and solutions. 2. Provide technical leadership and guidance to Pega development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. 3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Pega-based technical designs and solutions. 4. Architect and design complex Pega applications, including case management, decisioning, user interfaces, and integrations with external systems. 5. Define and enforce Pega application and solution architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. 6. Conduct architecture and design reviews, providing feedback and recommendations to ensure high-quality Pega implementations. 7. Serve as a subject matter expert on the Pega platform, guiding the selection of Pega technologies and components to meet business objectives. 8. Lead the implementation of Pega-based solutions, providing hands-on development and customization when necessary. 9. Mentor and coach junior Pega architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 10. Stay up to date with Pega platform updates, best practices, and industry trends, and apply them to enhance Pega-based solutions. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor"s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or related field. 2. Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is required. 3. Over 10+ of extensive experience as a Pega System Architect with a focus on complex and large-scale Pega implementations. 4. Strong understanding of Pega application development, configuration, and customization using PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC). 5. Expertise in Pega application and solution architecture, including design patterns, decisioning strategies, and integration approaches. 6. Proficiency in Pega integration and interfacing with external systems using Pega Connectors, REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies. 7. Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. 9. Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of guiding and developing Pega technical teams. 10.
