JD Primary Skills: Salesforce Platform-Apex, Salesforce Platform-Apex Web Services, Salesforce Platform-Async Apex, Salesforce Platform-Data Modelling, Salesforce Platform-Flow Automation, Salesforce Platform-Javascript, Salesforce Platform-Lwc, Salesforce Platform-Sharing & Security, Salesforce Platform-Soql, Salesforce Platform-Visual Force, salesforce Platform-apex triggers, JavaScript, Salesforce Platform-Configuration. Job Requirements Experience with business process optimization and great interpersonal and collaboration skills. Great analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues and find effective Salesforce solutions. Knowledge of Salesforce.com administrative skills such as creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards. Strong knowledge of importing & exporting data in Salesforce using tools such as DataLoader. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel needed to manipulate data and prep to import into Salesforce. Minimum 5 years experience as SFDC Administrator/Business Systems Analyst working with various functional areas in Salesforce. Positive attitude and ability to learn new things quickly. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ is a plus. Must have Salesforce.com Administrator certification. Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator/Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
