Hi , 1) Title: Business Analyst Supply Chain Location : Remote Duration: Contract JOB Description: Note: MUST BE PROFICIENT IN JIRA!!! 1. Provides some technical guidance and oversight. a. Leads in moderately complex analysis, providing guidance and oversight. b. Supports the development of business analysis best practices for the organization. c. Recommends improvements to processes and technology that improve the effectiveness of the team. 2. Supports pre-project business problem elicitation, feasibility and business case definition. a. Works with business to determine real issue that needs resolution or opportunity to do things differently. b. Develops moderately complex business cases, in particular ensuring benefits align to strategic and tactical business objectives. c. Supports the business in business, technical and financial feasibility assessments. d. Creates all communication documentation and decks for the project 3. Gathers business requirements. a. Works with the business to capture and document requirements (both functional and non-functional) using a range of techniques such as workshop facilitation, document analysis, site visits, use cases, scenario modeling, task and workflow analysis. b. Ensures business requirements are concise, complete, specific, and unambiguous and that they are aligned to the strategic and tactical goals of the project and the business. c. Combines all business requirements into a clear, managed, prioritized backlog (agile) or business requirements document (waterfall) for projects of moderate complexity. d. Refines these business requirements to a sufficient level of detail to allow Architects and Software Engineers to design and implement appropriate solutions. e. Provides refined requirements into project iterations in time to allow design/delivery to commence. f. Manages the scope and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that they are understood by the project team and met by the delivered solution. 4. Performs process modeling current and to-be. a. Discovers and documents the as-is process by applying various process modeling techniques. b. Identifies high-level solution options for the business and presents these to stakeholders for review. c. Designs and models the to-be process, performing gap analysis and identifying areas for improvement. d. Works with the Business Architect, ensuring business processes are aligned with the business and IT architecture. e. Reviews, and signs off on solution designs, ensuring business requirements are verified, validated and delivered. 5. Ensures requirements traceability through testing. a. Works with the QA team to provide business input into test strategy, test plans, test conditions and UAT plans. b. Coordinates UAT with the business. c. Reviews and signs off on test scripts to ensure requirements are fully tested and met by the delivered solution. 6. Provide business change management support. a. Ensures the benefits, impact and release of all changes are tracked and managed and communicated to relevant stakeholders. b. Shapes the business customer experience through business engagement and stakeholder management activities, including change and support activities. 7. Provides project management support. a. Assists the Project Manager in identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies. c. Assists the team in resolving any questions related to requirements or process. d. Delivers the required documentation during each stage of the project. e. Supports the review of contracts drawn up with any third party suppliers to ensure that they accurately reflect and meet the needs of the business. g. Supports the Project Manager in post-implementation reviews and incorporates lessons learned into future work. 2) Title: SQL DBA Location : Remote Duration: Contract JOB Description: Strong command of SQL and SQL server tools Advanced knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, performance monitoring standards Understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling Powershell and UNIX shell scripting skills Familiarity with SSAS, SSIS, SSRS Duties: Managing, monitoring and maintaining company databases. Making requested changes, updates and modifications to database structure and data. Ensuring database security, integrity, stability and system availability. Maintaining database backup and recovery infrastructure 3) Title: MS D365 Finance Location : Remote Duration: Contract JOB Description: Understanding of MS Dynamics Ability to understand and interpret key business data sets and domains Understanding of Financial/accounting data and reporting including income statements, GL, Expenses, and Balance Sheet data Understanding of Human Resources and Employee data sourced largely from Oracle HCM, and Reporting Understanding of Project and Contract data and reporting including Project accounting and revenue management Understanding of Vendor management data and reporting including Accounts Payable Understanding of semantic, logical, and physical data models Basic understanding of PowerBI including the ability to create own reports if needed Ability to write detailed functional requirement documents Ability to drive inferences from the data and the ability to improve design for reports and dashboards Responsibilities include: Lead the functional design process, ensuring alignment of reporting requirements, and data selection criteria. Guide the technical team to comprehend data flow, dependencies on associated master data, and process logic conditions. Dive into large datasets, extract relevant information, and interpret it. Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that can inform strategic decisions Work with the MS Dynamics PMO and Development team to assess how changes being made to the processes and screens/views on Dynamics will have downstream impacts on the Enterprise Data Model and Reporting Lead root-cause analysis and devising practical solutions where the technical team needs assistance with understanding the business logic or functional flow of data. Assist in data preparation to enable report development and testing. Lead testing for the domain they are responsible for to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. Attention to Detail: The ability to meticulously analyze data and reports to draw accurate conclusions. Collaborate with the business teams to ensure seamless alignment between desired business processes and the data generated within Dynamics.
