Will be responsible for collaboration design, transferring/setting up accounts, and initial support. My client is currently seeking an MS Teams Engineer with experience migrating an organization from Skype for Business to MS Teams. HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE MANAGER: The engineer, the underpinnings of the system they need to come from a true Network Engineering background. Needs to know the underlying core data network. Not interested in Systems/Messaging Engineers that moved into collaboration tools. Mass migration from legacy Skype for Business to Teams. Needs to understand config on both side What You'll Need 5+ years of hands on experience supporting/troubleshooting MS Teams and Skype for Business Online Experience in engineering & Troubleshooting Enterprise Voice on Skype for Business/Teams including SIP Trunks In depth Knowledge of Skype for Business/Teams Hybrid setup Broad knowledge of Microsoft products, technologies, and its integration with Skype for BusinessServer Knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, Codecs knowledge and troubleshooting experience Ability to install and configure AudioCodes SBC's Ability to debug network issues pertaining to voice/video traffic Your Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field; or equivalent experience required.
