Please see additional Job Details added* We have an urgent need for a C2C resource for a joint development project with the State of California. Candidate must be local to Sacramento area to work onsite (REQUIRED!!) .NET Cloud Solutions Architect Mandatory Qualifications Within the last ten (10) years the Contractor must have the following: 1. Three (3) years experience with the most complex cloud services (REQUIRED!!) 2. Five (5) years advanced software engineering experience with .Net, .Net core, or other languages used for cloud-logic, cloud-function, and web applications 3. Five (5) years advanced database and data analytics background and skills 4. Five (5) years advanced software development skills and experience working with Representational State Transfer (REST) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) 5. Five (5) years experience as a lead in languages such as Structured Query Language (SQL), Kusto Query Language (KQL) 6. Three (3) years experience setting up, managing and working with and maintaining GIT repositories 7. Three (3) years background in cloud security model design and implementation 8. Five (5) years lead experience building scalable applications for the cloud 9. Three (3) years experience setting up repeatable automated unit testing and test scripts 10. Contractor demonstrate that they are trained in cloud SIEM and SOAR technologies, approaches, and services b. Desirable Qualifications - The following additional qualifications are desired by the CDT for work under this Agreement. Within the last ten (10) years the Contractor must have the following: 1. Five (5) years experience in cloud resource deployment and administration 2. Three (3) years experience as a systems administrator of GitHub and Azure Development and Operations (DevOps) 3. Three (3) years experience working with GitHub actions or Azure DevOps automation 4. Three (3) years experience using Docker container development and deployment 5. Training and experience with the agile approach 6. Three (3) years experience leading developers in agile approach 7.
