Must Haves: Bachelor's Degree 5 + years Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) & Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) - Deployment & implementation exp. 4 + years Telecommunications experience. 4+ years VoIP experience Overview: The Senior UC Engineer will be responsible for the set up, deployment, implementation, analysis, configuration and support of UCCX (Cisco Unified Contact Center Express) call centers using Cisco Call Manager, Unity, and CUCM. This includes end points, paging, and gateways. Telecommunications experience of 2-3 years. Customer service and analytical skills required. Hands-on skills with Cisco call center applications. Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and related office products. Strong trouble shooting and people skills are necessary. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Bachelor's Degree 5 years Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) & Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) - Deployment & implementation exp. 4 + years Telecommunications experience. 4+ years VoIP experience Telecommunications system administration. Ability to understand telecommunications terminologies. Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills. Healthcare/Hospital experience is a plus. Ability to plan, organize and complete work as scheduled. Ability to work independently in conducting analysis and completing assignments.
