| From: Vijayakumar R, TechStar Group Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: DevOps Azure Release Manager Location: Alpharetta, GA or Austin, TX Duration: 6+ months contract Job Description: DevOps Release Manager - Azure DevOps- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (12-15 Years Experience) We are seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps Release Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end release management process for Salesforce applications using the Azure platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and deploy releases while ensuring the integrity and quality of the Salesforce environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with development, testing, and business teams to understand release requirements. Plan and schedule releases based on project timelines and business priorities. Define release scope, Design, develop, and implement a CI/CD pipeline for SFCC deployments using Azure DevOps. Integrate Git version control with the CI/CD pipeline for efficient code management. Automate build, test, and deployment processes for SFCC projects. Configure and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for different development, staging, and production environments. Ensure that Azure DevOps services align with organizational release management policies and best practices. Monitor pipeline execution and identify bottlenecks for continuous improvement. Coordinate deployment activities across different environments (sandbox, UAT, production). Collaborate with administrators, developers, and QA teams to resolve deployment issues. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices. Manage and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring consistency and stability. Develop and maintain documentation for the CI/CD pipeline and deployment processes. Requirements: 12-15 years of experience in DevOps principles and methodologies. Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps. In-depth knowledge of Git version control system. Solid understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture and deployment lifecycles. Experience with scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell for automation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. This position may require occasional off-hours work to support release deployments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce DX tools and practices. Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of infrastructure such as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible. Familiarity with performance testing and monitoring tools for SFCC applications.
