The ideal candidate will possess expertise in process improvement methodologies, particularly as a Black Belt or Master Black Belt. This is a remote position, with a requirement to work Eastern or Central hours. Key Responsibilities: Lead process improvement initiatives for HR, Finance, and Workflow systems, employing a structured methodology. Serve as the Process Lead in Business and Application Transformational Projects. Identify root-cause problems, collect pain points, and facilitate process improvement efforts. Implement key projects to enhance quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve cycle time. Ensure stakeholder buy-in and collaborate closely with Technology Solution Leads. Assess, track, and report the financial benefits of Performance Excellence projects. Provide regular updates to management on project status, feedback, and objectives. Additional Responsibilities: Analyze and prepare risk mitigation strategies. Consult and coach project teams and senior leaders. Support organizational design and user readiness. Manage stakeholders and track change progress. Define and measure success metrics. Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience with process improvement methodologies or frameworks. Demonstrated track record of delivering process improvements. Ability to develop customized process improvement frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
