Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst with expertise in typing and Microsoft suite of tools, especially data-driven tools like Excel. The ideal candidate should have a little experience in PowerBI or a related reporting tool, be proficient in Excel, and capable of taking actions based on data outputs. The role involves collecting and documenting vendor information, organizing data, conducting surveys, communicating with stakeholders, attending meetings, and providing status updates. We are seeking a quick learner who can adapt to new technologies and processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerBI (or similar tools) to analyze data and generate reports. Take action based on data insights, such as following up with vendors via email or other communication channels. Vendor Information Management: Collect, organize, and document vendor information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain vendor databases and update records as necessary. Data Organization and Transfer: Organize data from one source to another destination, ensuring data integrity and security. Collaborate with teams to streamline data transfer processes and improve efficiency. Survey Administration: Create and administer surveys using survey forms to gather information from stakeholders. Analyze survey results and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address issues. Attend meetings, contribute insights, and provide status updates as assigned. Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to business analysis and data management. Quickly learn new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance job performance. Qualifications and Skills: Proficiency in typing and Microsoft suite of tools, especially Excel.
