| From: Narender, Adbakx [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Must Have Skills: Hands-On with Oracle HCM Cloud Application and all the navigations as applicable to different persona (like Line Manager, Employee, Recruiter, Hiring Manager, HR Specialist etc.) Familiar with standard workflows and process cycles across Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Talent (Performance, Goal & Review), Recruiting and Learning. Experienced in understanding Business Processes and accordingly come with scripting of test Scenarios and cases. Should be able to effectively coordinate with HR Business Partners/HR IT Team for consolidating their current process Should have knowledge in reading and maintaining Configuration document. Should have strong exposure to Functional Testing Familiar with advanced features like Journeys, Redwood, Grow etc. Have understanding on 3rd party Integrations as a part of a business cycle and the dependencies/requirements around it while creating and executing test cases. Key Responsibilities: Should be able to identify various scenarios related to the multiple modules, which must be considered for regression testing. Should be responsible in creating and managing test cases. Will contribute to quarterly releases and support SIT/UATs. Should work as a team and coordinate with automation team assisting them to identify critical and priority items for automating test cases. Coordinate with Customer or Customer supplied documentation on understanding the as-is process/workflows. Should be able to estimate the complexity involved in a test cases and rate them as HIGH, MEDIUM and LOW.
