Length: 12+ month Assignment Need Candidates on PV W2 MOI : The interview will be as follows: 45 min panel (Virtual) Take home SQL Test Final round panel with team (Virtual) Candidates will need to be within the area as they will be onsite 3 days a week. Skills: The ideal candidate will have expertise in eDiscovery collection methodologies, with a strong emphasis on forensic imaging, SQL proficiency, and a comprehensive understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) framework. eDiscovery Forensics Technical background - they are not reviewers - does not need legal background. They address technical questions as well. Corporate eDiscovery EDRM- collection, review, production. Have forensic collection- imaging, cloud collection Processing data. Understanding Chain of custody. SQL - understand SQL statement and modify. Supporting criminal requests from law enforcements - Data lives in SQL. Templates are built out, but they need to be able to script from scratch. Contact teams to find out where data lives Day-to-Day: Responsible for identifying and collecting electronic data, including from cloud platforms, relevant to a particular case or investigation, as well as ensuring that data is properly preserved. Conduct forensic imaging of electronic devices and storage media using industry standard tools and techniques, ensuring the preservation and integrity of data. Once electronic data has been collected, manage and organize it in a way that allows for efficient review and analysis. This may involve using specialized software to sort and categorize data, as well as creating searchable databases to facilitate data retrieval. Responsible for reviewing electronic data in order to identify potentially relevant information. This may involve using specialized software to conduct searches and filters, as well as manually reviewing documents to assess relevance to a particular case. Called upon to provide technical support and guidance to members of the legal team or to outside counsel. This may involve answering technical questions about data collection and review process, or providing training on eDiscovery software and tools. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards: Will need to be familiar with the legal and ethical standards governing the collection, review, and production of electronic data. They will be responsible for ensuring that all activities comply with these standards, and for identifying and addressing any potential issues that arise during the eDiscovery process.
