On-site. Duration - 12 months with potential for conversion Mode Of Interview - Phone/Skype Note - Need LinkedIn Job Description Job Description The candidate should be aware the position will be for a night shift operation from 6PM-6AM, days to be determined. Currently we work M-T-W and T-F-S from 6PM-6AM, so a person working Monday would start on Sunday evening at 6PM and end shift on Weds. 6AM. A person working Thursday would start at 6PM on Weds, evening and end shift on Sat. 6AM. To accommodate the person getting 40 hours they will work every 5th Sunday the same 12 hours. Skills required: Commitment to customer service excellence and overall customer experience. Excellent communication and listening skills. Utilize company policies appropriately. Foster teamwork and collaboration Analytical and strategic thinking. Proficient with Incident ticket build, tracking and updates. Phone agent in high paced environment. ITSM background. Event monitoring is a plus. This role is not a typical service desk, emphasis on the customer experience is priority 1, however the ITOC (IT Operations Center) for MISO is the primary hub for event management and response, software deployment, with 1800 knowledge articles in support of FPR, for the business and its stakeholders.
