JOB DESCRIPTION: The Project Manager must have 10+ years of project management experience with a PMP Certification. Must be experienced or be familiar with network infrastructure and application servers. Experience with Oracle and Websphere servers is a plus. Process optimization, best practices, change management, facilitation and internal/external consulting is highly preferred. Must possess strong technical, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. Should have excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and presentation skills. Will be expected to successfully coordinate between partners, IT Division and end-users. Should be flexible in managing/coping with change in direction and priorities. Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience and extensive knowledge of applications development. Review, analyze and evaluate user/system needs Project management experience with a PMP Certification. Proficient with Microsoft Word and XL Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects lasting 6 to 12 months, with teams of 3 to 4 people.
