Design and develop chatbots and voice bots using yellow.ai platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and technologies. Customize and configure conversational AI solutions to meet specific client needs, including call deflection strategies in contact center environments. Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of conversational AI systems.
