Job Description: The manager is looking for a hands-on consultant to develop the build and testing phases and work with clients to get additional requirements. They do not want someone who has only provided support, nor do they want high-level people who only managed the project. This project starts on 12/1. Location: Hybrid (50% travel to Memphis, ) Consultant must be willing to be onsite at least 50%. What is the travel schedule This may vary Client depending on the project stage. For example, during design and testing stages the consultant may need to be there more often and during the build stage the travel may be less frequent. Overall, it works out to half-time travel! Seeking senior resources with extensive experience doing end to end implementations. Candidates should be experienced in leading and doing designs, configuration, crp, uat, through go live as the sole functional. Candidate should have experience articulating solutions to stakeholders as this role involves discussion at various levels with client business users. Responsible for gap analysis of functional flows, provide solution design, perform demo for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions. Very good understanding of implementation life cycle and must have worked as a lead consultant. Can independently solution business requirements and recommend industry best practices. Should be able to lead cross functional discussions to analyze the requirements and brainstorm the solutions. Act in a functional lead capacity, responsible for implementing multiple EBS/Cloud Project Accounting modules Reviews, analyses and evaluates business system and user needs. Recommend, develops and executes plans for additional software module implementations based on business requirements. Prepare design documentation and work with application delivery resources as necessary to support business requirements Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support Experience: Preferred as the knowledge transfer will be quicker Must haves (ideally top 3 things): Oracle Cloud Project Costing Lead experience.
