Expertise in using TCS proprietary tools - Map Agile 2.0, Data Comparator Tool (DCT), TCS Smart Test Manager (STM), Integrated Project Management System (IPMS), CMMI, Assent, TCS MasterCraft Scrum Manager, TCS MasterCraft DMT, TCS MasterCraft Workflow Manager, TCS ASSENTTM Tool, and TCS IQMS. Strong experience on Scripting: UNIX and Linux, Batch Scripting, Shell Scripting , JIRA for ticketing and Confluence for documentation and Workflow automation Experience in Interpersonal, People management, Coaching, Creativity, Team building, Organizing and planning skills. Experience in SDLC models such as Waterfall, V model and Agile methodologies and well versed in Software testing lifecycle with experience in tools like HP ALM, Confluence etc. Understanding of cloud architecture principles, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (Paas) and Software as a Service (SaaS) as well as knowledge of various cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience in Agile Delivery using Scrum with hands-on experience in Agile Project Management Tools and Software development and testing lifecycle. Experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan. Experience in creation of test project status reports, metrics and provide weekly and monthly status to the management. Expertise on DevOps tools like Jenkins and BladeLogic for automated application deployments, Apache Active MQ for messages, Code Configuration like GIT Experience in handling Migration activities like Database migration, Application or Windows servers migrations. Good exposure in using various tools like Microsoft VISIO, Win SCP, Splunk Actively participate in issues resolutions, bridge calls, talking to external vendors, doing full RCA of issues and client handling activities. Experience in validating migrated data with different functional and technical scenarios. Understanding & Analyze Big Data as per the requirements in Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS), JAVA and HADOOP Framework using HIVE, PIG, HBASE, HDFS.
