Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Conversational AI Developer with expertise in chatbot and voice bot
development, specifically with call deflection experience in a contact center
environment. As a Conversational AI Developer at Wipro you will play a crucial
role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge conversational AI
solutions to enhance customer experience and optimize contact center
operations.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand
business requirements and develop conversational AI solutions that align with
organizational goals.

Design and develop chatbots and voice bots using
yellow.ai platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and
technologies.

Customize and configure conversational AI
solutions to meet specific client needs, including call deflection strategies
in contact center environments.

Implement natural language processing (NLP) and
machine learning techniques to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of
conversational AI systems.

Continuously monitor and analyze conversational
AI performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary
enhancements.

Collaborate with customer support teams to
gather feedback and insights, ensuring that conversational AI solutions are
optimized for exceptional customer communication.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and
advancements in conversational AI technologies, incorporating innovative
approaches into development processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be
considered.

Proven experience in developing chatbots and
voice bots, preferably using yellow.ai platform.

Strong understanding of conversational AI
technologies, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning
algorithms.

Experience in implementing call deflection
strategies in contact center environments is highly desirable.

Proficiency in programming languages such as
Python, Java, or JavaScript.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to
troubleshoot and debug conversational AI systems.

Exceptional communication skills, both written
and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional
teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and ability to
deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
