Experience in creation of availability requirements, availability plan. - Hands on experience in planning, improving, monitoring and reporting the availability of IT services and IT infrastructure components in order to meet availability service level commitments. - Capacity Management : Hands on experience in performing capacity planning and defining capacity requirements for IT application infrastructure.
