| Hi Contract Role: Python developer with Mainframe -Exp 11+ Location: New York City, NY (Onsite) Must have: Python Mainframe SQL JD -Experience in mainframe migration and Python development - Strong understanding of mainframe systems and processes - Expertise in Python programming language - Experience with data migration tools and processes - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and accuracy - Develop and implement migration strategies from mainframe to Python - Collaborate with development team to ensure seamless migration process - Analyze and understand mainframe data and processes - Develop tools and scripts to automate migration processes - Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the migration process - Develop and maintain documentation related to migration processes - Ensure data accuracy and completeness during and after the migration process - Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and project teams Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled Python and Mainframe Migration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the migration process from mainframe to Python. You will need to have a deep understanding of both mainframe and Python systems, as well as expertise in migrating data from one system to another.
