| Hello Professionals, Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer Need 15+ years exp min. Location: Sacramento, CA (Preference) / 100% Remote Client: Direct State Client. Duration: Long Term Contract NO OPT CPT H1BT Must haves: ServiceNow Developer SME, ITIL, ITSM, State Client experience is first preference. Expert-level ServiceNow Developer/Consultant ITIL Service Management experience (Process Management) Hands-on approach with a passion to instruct and mentor Successful developer background in chaotic and culturally challenged organizations Agile/Scrum master-level experience Analyzed application requirements and provided the best feasible solutions based on timelines and resources. Designed, developed, and tested CMDB (Configuration Management) in ServiceNow based on specific client needs. Worked on Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions for multiple ITIL modules. Worked on the dashboard, and introduced knowledge articles and Customer Service Management. Providing subject matter expertise, acting as technical product advocate, designing, develop and implementing ITIL processes, ITSM, ITAM, SACM, Knowledge, Demand and Release Management modules within the ServiceNow platform. Developed the Employee Service Center within ServiceNow, owning the HR Service Delivery application. Worked on case management, knowledge management, employee document management, service portal, onboarding and transition manager, etc. on HR service delivery module. Enabled users to access specific knowledge features using portal framework. Experience customizing OOTB widgets to meet requirements. Installed MID servers on remote desktop and conducted tests required for Discovery. Worked on Service Catalog, Configuration Management, Reporting, LDAP, Inbound/Outbound emails and Discovery. Used ACL's for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now.
