Title :: Storage Software Engineer Client :: Industry :: Banking and Finance Location :: Salt Lake City, UT or Dallas, TX (Hybrid - Must be local to any of the location ) Duration :: 18+ Months MOI :: Video Visa :: GC or Citizen Resume must be of 2 pages MUST HAVE: Storage Software Engineer - Infrastructure as code, developer that understands infrastructure, Java is preferred language, block storage, pure dell hpe, do coding to manage the storage background in financial services or equivalent Rubrik, EMC Networker, EMC Data Domain, EMC VNX and VMAX, Hitachi HDS Overall project : support core card build out, separate piece of work to build out this environment, individuals would be part of the storage or compute team, allocated to this project full time to do this work, decommissioning their build out, beef up their infra team to support their day to day while they decommission cord card product. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in software development Experience with automated unit and integration testing Previous experience with RESTful web services Proven work experience in Java or other JVM based language development. Excellent object oriented or functional analysis and design skills. Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience. Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) Understanding of block storage Good understanding of enterprise level change, incident, and problem management processes. Automation utilizing scripting languages like bash, Python and/or Perl. Understanding of how to troubleshoot basic Unix/Linux problems.
