| Role: Active Directory L3 Engineer / Azure AD (Azure Active Directory) Location: Fremont, CA (Day1 Onsite) Position Description This position will be responsible for designing and architecting service delivery strategies for the suite of tools and applications within the Microsoft Office 3 identifying, researching, recommending, and implementing Office 365 solutions and applications which support current and future overall organizational vis Responsibilities and Duties To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily. *Identifies, researches, recommends, architects, and implements Office 365 solutions and applications such as Teams, Flow, PowerApps, OneDrive, Forms, Bo point of contact regarding new requests related to Microsoft applications and solutions to meet business needs. Assesses and evaluates existing Messaging, SharePoint solutions, technical architecture, and workflows to architect more robust modern technologies. Conducts workshops with customers to inform and leverage best practices of Office 365 applications including Mo365 migration, SharePoint Online and Power Develops, maintains, and updates Office 365 governance documentation. Provides second level support for complex, technical and configuration issues related to Office 365 applications. Implements compliance and enforces ownership of applications and site content with stakeholders. Develops and maintains scripts used to manage/support the Office 365 environment for multiple applications. Manages Office 365 security administration in collaboration with the Cybersecurity team. Responds to emergency situations as needed, during and after normal business hours, to identify, assess and mitigate critical operational issues. Stays currant on Office 365 channel updates and now Microsoft releases for Office 365 and related products.
