Phone: 408-442-3665 | Extn 4285 | Email ID/Hangout : [email protected] Position : PeopleSoft Senior Technical Lead Location : Sacramento, California (onsite) Job Type : C2C Job Description : seeking support for PeopleSoft Design, Development, and Implementation (DD&I) services provided by two full-time Senior Technical Leads. The Senior Technical Leads will: Participate in Agile Sprint Teams, leading functional design, user story documentation and validation with stakeholders, and collaboration with subject matter resources. Prepare, conduct, and document the results of functional, user acceptance, and regression testing. Facilitate user acceptance testing with end users, document results, and follow up on any defects or business process changes that are required. Prepare and conduct system demonstrations for end users. Document process flows, identify business process efficiencies, and facilitate solutions to business issues; including gaining agreement with stakeholders on business process and system changes. Participate and gain approvals of Agile epics through established governance processes. Participate in cutover planning, task preparation and completion, and status reporting. Prepare for and provide knowledge transfer sessions to internal subject matter resources. Required Qualifications : Seven years experience within the last 15 years as a technical lead supporting the implementation of PeopleSoft Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable modules. Must have experience with the key data required for interfacing with the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable modules. All experience must be on a large-scale project, where large-scale is defined as a system having at least 5,000 system users and a total project cost of at least $20 million (defined as the total system development cost including planning, design, development, and implementation). Two years of this experience must be on a public-sector project. Three years experience, within the last 15 years, leading technical troubleshooting and incident management processes Three years of experience, within the last 15 years, creating technical documentation, including functional and technical requirements, design documents, conceptual diagrams, user guides, and workflow processes. More than three years of experience, within the last 15 years, leading Agile development activities including sprint planning, documentation of functional specifications and acceptance criteria in User Stories, and planning and leading functional, user acceptance and regression testing.
