Customize and configure ForgeRock components (e.g., ForgeRock Identity Gateway, ForgeRock Identity Management, ForgeRock Access Management) to meet business requirements and security policies. Develop custom authentication and authorization workflows, policies, and rules using ForgeRock scripts, Groovy, and Java for user authentication, authorization, and entitlement management. Integrate ForgeRock IAM solutions with enterprise systems, applications, and directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth) using standard protocols and APIs. Design and implement identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions using ForgeRock Identity Gateway and Access Management features. Develop custom connectors, plugins, and adapters to integrate ForgeRock IAM solutions with external systems, identity providers, and cloud services. Configure and manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management workflows using ForgeRock Identity Management features and connectors. Perform IAM solution testing, quality assurance, and validation, including functional testing, integration testing, and security testing, to ensure compliance with requirements and standards. Provide technical guidance and support to IAM administrators, developers, and stakeholders on ForgeRock IAM architecture, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Stay up-to-date with the latest ForgeRock releases, features, and security updates, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and improve IAM solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 9+ years of experience as an IAM Developer, IAM Engineer, or similar role, with hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing IAM solutions using ForgeRock Identity Platform. Strong proficiency in ForgeRock Identity Platform components (ForgeRock IDM, ForgeRock AM, ForgeRock IG), including configuration, customization, and administration. Experience with identity and access management concepts and standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, RBAC, and XACML. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Groovy, JavaScript, Java, or Python for developing custom IAM workflows, scripts, and connectors. Knowledge of IAM integration patterns, protocols, and APIs for integrating IAM solutions with enterprise systems, directories, and applications. Strong understanding of security principles, encryption algorithms, and cryptographic techniques for securing identity and access management solutions. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex IAM issues and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
