The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of overall quality assurance experience, with a focus on Selenium, Appium, and Saucelabs. This role will be responsible for Mobile and Web Testing initiatives and ensuring high test automation coverage. What are the top 3 skills required for this role 1. Selenium 2. Appium 3. Saucelabs Responsibilities: Mobile and Web Testing projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and product managers. Drive test automation coverage and goals by integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Saucelabs. Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions with strong problem-solving skills. Communicate testing progress, issues, and results clearly to the team and client leadership. Identify and advocate for new automation opportunities, working closely with BA/DEV teams. Provide daily status updates to client leadership, advising on implementation best practices. Evangelize and drive high test automation coverage & test automation goals. Requirements: 8-10 years of overall quality assurance experience, with the majority in QA Automation. Extensive project hands-on experience in Selenium, Appium, Webdriver.io, Saucelabs, XCUITest, and GraphQL. Experience with Web/UI accessibility requirements (e.g., NVDA) and device testing (e.g., Modem, Router, Set-Top-Box, Mobile) is preferred. Familiarity with ALM Octane and JIRA is a plus. Strong Telecom/Domain knowledge. Ability to work independently and interact effectively with client leadership. Openness to an Onsite-offsite operating model. Additional Information: Strong Tester with a solid background in Mobile and Web Testing. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers. Clear communication skills to convey testing progress, issues, and results to the team. Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
