Should have the Experience in a medium-to-large enterprise AD environment. Should have extensive hands-on experience with Citrix CLOUD migration, end to end user migration, resource location setup, multi-factor configuration of workspace URL configuration with Citrix Cloud Responsible for analyzing, planning, installing configuring, testing, maintaining, documenting, and providing technical support for Microsoft Active Directory and Citrix Meta frame Environment. Experience working on large deployments across several geographical locations, implemented multi-language support for Microsoft and Citrix Presentation Server and Xen Products and international environments. Excellent customer service skills, including end-user support experience.
