Client Experienced profiles preferred Exp: 10+ Years Meeting Notes from the Client: Responsibilities: Creating Work Orders / Managing Vendors in association with electrical engineers, distribution electricians ( Creating , Track and Report Creating / Creating Dashboards ) This BA with Assist Construiction Side and Engineering Side Tools: PowerBI and/or Tableau : Creating Dashboards GIS IBM Maximo Location : Austin Texas / Surroundings Area - Local Preferred Important Dates: Position Closing : April 1st 10:00 AM Resume Review : April 1st to 5th For Interview Reaching Vendors : April 5th Interview : April 8th to 12th Identify/ Selection : April 12th COB Job Description: This position joins a very detail oriented and aggressive workgroup that works closely with engineers, distribution electricians, and technologists who perform asset analysis, including asset lifecycle analysis, return on investment analysis, etc. In addition, DAM contracts with and oversees utility asset maintenance programs, utilizing internal and contracted resources to execute on rehabilitation projects on some of the most challenging issues facing the distribution system. The business analyst will assist with data input, work order creation data aggregation and input, vendor contract performance monitoring and workload scheduling, performance monitoring and audit metrics. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, and personable individual with an eye for detail and ability to work independently in a deadline driven environment; an analyst with a strong desire to be part of a growing and high performing team. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Required skills: Years Skills/Experience 2- 3 Managing Vendor Performance through the creation of dashboards and analytic deliverables 2- 3 Creating/manipulating data in Excel (pivot tables, etc.) 2- 3 Experience utilizing visualization tools for reporting, analysis and project management including but not limited to excel, visio, MS project, powerpoint, etc. 2- 3 Experience in cost-benefit analysis and total cost of ownership modeling 2- 3 Experience performing requirements development and process modeling 2- 3 Experience in developing process models and data flow diagrams using industry-standard modeling techniques 2- 3 Experience in selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new concepts 2- 3 Experience with project coordination from inception to completion.
