Responsible for the preparation and analysis of operating system requirements for workflow enhancements or reporting interfaces; as well as the collection and analysis of data for special projects Performs ad-hoc system workflow and data analyses Support the streamlining and automation of ad-hoc and standardized system functions. Work with Project Manager to set timeline and meet project deadlines; Preferred Skills: 6 + years of working experience as a data analyst or business analyst who is a major contributor to complex business system solutions 6+ years of gathering business requirements, writing user stories, and conducting user acceptance testing 1 + years of Technical expertise regarding database design and development. Strong knowledge of and experience with database and data analytic programs such as Microsoft SQL, ORACLE, Access, and Excel. Advanced SQL query skills and understanding of relational database principles. Expertise in using project management tools like AZURE DEV OP. Excellent written communication, including validating/verifying and technical writing skills. Experience working as a Business or Data Analyst in Case Management and Case Tracking Systems.
