| From: sachin chaudhary, K&K [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Audit and Compliance Manager Location: Dallas, TX, SAN ANTONIO, San Antonio, TX(Hybrid) Role Description: We are seeking a skilled Audit and Compliance Manager with expertise in Transactional and Control testing, particularly within the Marketing domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading tests from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This is a lead position requiring strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of Marketing practices and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Lead tests from start to end, including planning, scoping, and developing test scripts for transactional & control testing. Demonstrate strong expertise in Marketing Domain knowledge, particularly in relation to IT/Automated Controls testing. Understand and interpret regulations governing the Marketing function, and articulate complex regulations into simpler language for stakeholders. Conduct Control & Transactional testing, including Test of Design (ToD) and Test of Operating Effectiveness (ToE). Write comprehensive and detailed reports based on test findings. Facilitate walkthrough sessions with stakeholders to ensure understanding and agreement on test procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure common understanding of testing processes and procedures. Analyze data for initial evaluation of samples and suggest improvement actions where necessary. Challenge information presented when needed, providing clear explanations to ensure agreement is achieved. Essential Skills: 4-6 years of experience in Audit and Compliance roles. Strong leadership skills with experience in leading tests from start to end. Proficiency in Marketing Domain knowledge and understanding of IT/Automated Controls testing. Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations governing the Marketing function. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to facilitate walkthrough sessions effectively. Experience in Audit & Testing, including detailed documentation of business requirements. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Desirable Skills: Experience in developing test scripts for transactional & control testing. Familiarity with Test of Design (ToD) and Test of Operating Effectiveness (ToE). Prior experience in interface with cross-functional stakeholders. Data analysis skills for evaluating samples.
