You will leverage your expertise in model-driven techniques to design and execute comprehensive test strategies, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and usability. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop test plans and test cases based on model-driven techniques. 2. Design and implement automated test scripts using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) and Selenium for Dynamics 365 applications. 3. Perform manual testing of Dynamics 365 components including entities, forms, views, workflows, and business process flows. 4. Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionality. 5. Execute test cases and document test results, defects, and issues in a clear and concise manner. 6. Participate in the identification and resolution of defects, working closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities. 8. Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics 365 testing and model-based testing methodologies. 9. Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the quality assurance process and enhancing testing efficiency. 10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members as needed. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Proven experience (3-5 years) as a QA engineer with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. 3. Strong proficiency in model-based testing techniques and methodologies. 4. Experience designing and executing automated test scripts for Dynamics 365 applications using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) and Selenium. 5. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 components such as entities, forms, views, workflows, and business process flows. 6. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. 7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 9. Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals are preferred. 10.
