Documentation of all required meeting materials Risk and issue identification, communication and resolution. Working with functional leads and front-to-back stakeholders in the development of workstream strategy and delivery. Objectives planning, defining scope and deliverables Project plan development including activity planning, sequencing and resource management Prime Brokerage Experience in Client Services; Risk; Compliance. Understanding of Margin Requirement and support Collateral Margin Management. Participate in credit and margin industry roundtable discussions Keep track of new rules and requirements. Research regulatory impact of new business initiatives on margin policies. Learn regulatory jurisdictions outside of the US and the interplay of regulatory rules between jurisdictions affecting our inter-affiliate transactions Continue to improve automation for all aspects of regulatory requirements. Further document and improve regulatory controls and procedures. Participate in external audits and queries from regulators and auditors ============================================================================ Role: Business Analyst for Primary Dealership Locations- NYC, NY (Day 1 Onsite Hybrid 4 Days/ Week) Delivery of large multi-functional projects. Experience in the development of program documentation as noted above Ability to present well and communicate clearly Ability to multitask and work in a team environment Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills a requirement Five-plus years of margin operations experience related to Regulation T, FINRA Rule 4210 Prior experience in a highly automated environment and the ability to recommend a system or process improvements is a plus. ============================================================================ Role: SRE Architect Locations- Remote 18+ years of Development and Operations experience in building and running applications in production that has uptime over 99%. Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 8+ years of experience as a SRE Architect in running large Reliability & Observability Programs for large, complex infrastructure deployments / distributed systems for major Banking customers. Has a keen eye for industry trends, tries out newer tools/infrastructure to improve current systems in terms of execution and/or operability Strong hands-on coding experience in one or more of programming languages such as Java etc. Good understanding of Observability (monitoring, logging, tracing, metrics), Chaos engineering concepts. Proficiency in using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tool New Relic/Dynatrace for monitoring, logging, tracing and Splunk for Log monitoring. Expert level hands on knowledge in cloud platforms like PCF. should have implemented solutions around Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for services. Should have supported Production Incidents (PIs) on mission critical applications of a company. Troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose operational issues and drive them to closure. Understanding of software delivery life cycles, particularly Agile/Lean & DevOps Proven experience in handling large scale and growing infrastructure across Data Centers and heterogeneous Cloud platforms Experience as a service owner in managing large geographically diverse stakeholders Ability to work with creative fast growing engineering team and motivate them to deliver their best work ============================================================================ Role: Sr Gen AI Architect/LLM Locations- Raritan, NJ 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing Generative AI models, with a strong understanding of techniques such as GPT, T5 and BERT Project management and governance experience preferred. Candidates with Technical and management skills given stronger preference. Life sciences experience preferred. Experience with handling customers at SLT and VP level. Proficiency in Python and have 8+ years of experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure 8+ years of experience with advanced natural language processing ( NLP ) techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly Significant experience architecting cutting-edge MLOps systems in enterprise environments Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum Excellent problem-solving skills , with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions. Strong communication skills , with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
