Note; The consultant should have at least 1 year of experience in any automotive industry onshore or offshore. Job Specification: PP Functional Team Member is responsible for the execution of the detail design and configuration of the current business processes in SAPs SAP S/4 HANA ERP Application. This includes Working with the Process Team Lead in the analysis and decomposition of current business processes, perform the scripting exercises, and design and configure the SAP system to support the organizations "To-Be" process vision. This implies providing design for integration with all other modules of SAP MM, FI-CO, PS, QM, SD Understanding of SAP Activate framework/methodology Have experience of conducting Business workshops with Fit/Gap or Fit-to-Standard analysis Conduct Business workshops and presentations to validate business design with the user community. Good understanding of SAP functionality with hand-on standard configuration for the module. Design of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions Enhancements, Forms and Workflows & identification of Std. Fiori Apps (RICEFW as part of Fit-Gap Analysis). Execution of the system unit testing and integration testing. This includes performing the test, making changes in configuration based on results, and error resolution. Working with the end user documentation team in the identification of business processes and system tasks to be documented as well as providing training to the end user training and development team. Design Authorization profiles (T-code as well as Fiori) Provide post-implementation production support. Knowledge of Change Request and estimation will be preferred. Job specific Strong experience in implementation and support experience in SAP PP module as Functional/Configuration Specialist. In-depth Functional and configuration knowledge with ability to design SAP solutions to meet business requirements. Material Master Variant Configuration BOM/Work Center/Routing/Production version Master Production Scheduling Master Resource Planning Planned order and Production order Management Production Order Execution & Reporting Capacity Planning Rework/Repair Process Technologies Involved SAP ECC6, S/4 HANA Exposure to SOLMAN, GRC, FIORI is added advantage Knowledge of PP integration with upstream PLM system and downstream MES system will be an added advantage. Business Skills (Most Important Four) 1. Very good knowledge of PP Business processes. 2. Knowledge of Integration with all other upstream and downstream processes engineering / automotive industries business processes 3. Very good understanding of Business process redesigning concepts 4. Should be able to work independently as PP functional consultant from day one of the joining the organisation Qualification Level Required BE / MBA Experience Minimum 5 to 7 Years in SAP preferably from automotive industry or Manufacturing Industry.
