Create and review test plans, test cases, and test data. Identify problems, perform root cause analysis, and execute solutions. Develop and review automated and manual testing scripts. Develop and review functional and non-functional specifications. Develop and review technical requirements documents (BRD, PRD, etc.). Develop, maintain, and document a software test environment. Create and review reports. Implement automated regression testing tools and processes. Participate in software development lifecycle. Promote, encourage, and champion the use of automated testing.
