Experience effectively working with a variety of stakeholders including public health, technical, laboratories, EHR vendors (or EHR systems) and health care providers. Leading client meetings Knowledge of HL7/XML/FHIR/EDI standards Knowledge of Secure transmission protocols (e.g. Secure File Transfer (SFT) , Secure Object Access Protocol (SOAP), and REST Ability to identify and resolve exceptions with electronic data exchange between EMR data submitters, and data recipients. Experience with Agile Methodologies, project management functions, Familiarity and/or experience with web application architectures and technologies, security protocols, authentication, directory services, single sign-on products, and access control. Custom system implementation of a prenatal and newborn screening information system (SIS) to diagnose, treat, and track genetic diseases. All states have a newborn blood test to screen certain diseases and this is implementing a more thorough and comprehensive system for CA.
