With over 12 years of IT experience, including significant exposure to application, data, and infrastructure governance, you will lead teams of developers and engineers to deliver high-quality IAM solutions to our clients. Your role will involve working closely with customers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Utilize your 12+ years of IT experience, specifically in Identity Management, to lead the design, deployment, and integration of Saviynt Identity Governance solutions to meet customer requirements. Demonstrate expertise in application, data, and infrastructure governance, whether dealing with legacy on-premises systems or modern cloud-based solutions. Provide leadership to development teams, offering hands-on development experience, customization expertise, and in-depth understanding of Identity Management and Governance use cases. Design, deploy, implement, and integrate Saviynt Identity Governance with critical applications and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry best practices. Follow approved life cycle methodologies and create documentation for design and testing purposes, maintaining a high level of quality and compliance with standards. Interact and coordinate with customers as required, understanding their needs and providing technical solutions and support. Offer technical oversight and direction to mid-level and junior Engineers, guiding them in their work and helping them develop their skills. Train and mentor top talent to become experts in Saviynt technology and Identity and Access Management (IAM) in general, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Assist the operations team as needed, collaborating with product engineering teams to resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. Provide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept, and implementations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.
