RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and implement software solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and user expectations.Work independently within guidelines, offering hands-on technical solutions to address business challenges and translating them into effective process and technical solutions.Enhance and provide recommendations to Agile/ITIL/SDLC methodology, contributing to a streamlined and efficient development process.Collaborate directly with users and vendors to articulate and document user application needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of requirements.Interpret requirements, perform complex analysis, and present recommendations to achieve desired results.Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive technical and user documentation for each system in a consistent and structured manner.Ensure quality control through unit testing and debugging software for accuracy, completeness, and system integrity.Interact effectively with users, vendors, and management through verbal and written communication to ensure consistent delivery and use of applications.Continuously develop skills and expertise in present and emerging technologies through formal training and independent self-teaching and tutorials.Demonstrate excellent analytical and organizational skills, efficiently handling multiple dynamic priorities.Perform other duties as required.
