Job Title: Senior SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) Client: Inkind Rate: $60/hr Duration: Immediate We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join our team for immediate support and enhancement work. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience in SAP TM, possessing comprehensive knowledge across various TM modules and functionalities. This role will involve working on both offshore and onshore environments, contributing to requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing, review, documentation, and presentation phases. Responsibilities: Utilize expertise in SAP TM master data, Freight Agreement, Order Management, Planning, Execution, Tendering, Charge calculations, and Freight settlement. Execute end-to-end business processes in Transportation planning, subcontracting, execution, order integration, and Freight settlement areas using SAP Transportation Management (S/4 HANA TM 2021, 2020, 1909, 1809, and TM 9.x). Lead upgrade/migrate projects, including migration from SAP TM 9.1 into S/4 HANA 1909, involving activities related to CVI, DRF, and Migration cockpit tools for master data transfer and ABAP objects. Perform Transportation planning via Optimizer batch job scheduling, Interactive planning via cockpit, utilizing optimizer and manual planning functionalities. Ensure seamless integration between SAP TM and SAP EWM, leveraging in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience. Develop Freight unit building rules (FUBR) for various scenarios including LTL, FTL, Parcel, Rail, Ocean, Air, and customer pickup (CPU) scenarios. Configure Planning profiles, Optimizer settings, planning cost settings, Carrier selection settings, capacity selection settings, and Incompatibility Definitions. Setup BRF+ conditions, data access definitions, and condition types to facilitate planning, execution, and settlement processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) with a strong focus on SAP TM modules and functionalities. Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA TM 2021, 2020, 1909, 1809, and TM 9.x. Extensive hands-on experience in configuration, development, testing, and documentation of SAP TM solutions. Proven track record of successfully leading upgrade/migrate projects. Strong understanding of Transportation planning, execution, and settlement processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in both onsite and remote settings. Relevant SAP certifications would be a plus.
