Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Visa: No H1B & Opt, Cpt Experience: 10+ years Responsibilities Lead the design and deployment of enhancements and feature updates on the ServiceNow platform, with a specific focus on Project Portfolio Management. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their strategic needs and translate them effectively into viable IT solutions. Configure and customize application interfaces and create service portals based on user needs. Implementing project tracking mechanisms across multiple workstreams and objects through execution and approval processes. Utilize problem-solving capabilities to debug, test and support the initial adoption. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years experience as a ServiceNow Developer is required, with specific experience in Project Portfolio Management. Demonstrable knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS and comfortability in using these programming languages for development. Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITSM applications and the ability to handle multiple modules is desirable. Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes. Exceptional communication skills, analytical thinking capabilities, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
