Role: EDIFECS Developer Location: Louisville, KY (Day 1 Onsite) Duration: 12+ months Job Description: Develop and maintain Edifecs solutions to support various healthcare data exchange needs. Design and implement data mappings, transformations, and validations using Edifecs tools. Configure and customize Edifecs components to align with our healthcare integration requirements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and clinicians to ensure the successful integration of Edifecs solutions. Perform comprehensive testing of Edifecs implementations, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Edifecs-related matters. Stay abreast of the latest developments in Edifecs technologies and healthcare industry standards. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Edifecs Developer or similar role in the healthcare industry. Deep understanding of healthcare data formats and standards including X12, HL7, and HIPAA. Proficiency in SQL, XML, and other relevant technologies. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
