Job Role: Solution Technical Architect with Workforce management Job Location: Houston, Texas(onsite) Project Duration: 6-12 months Job Description: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the implementation and/or support of Workforce Software solutions Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience. Hold current Workforce Software Certifications Experience with multiple operating systems implementations Experience in implementing web-based technologies Demonstrated communication skills both written and verbal with senior executive levels of the organization (internal and external) Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to manage multiple projects in an organized manner.
