IP Rating New Product Design Rugged Electronics Devices - Handheld Computers, Phones, Mobile Devices ,Tablet Electronics Enclosure Design Creo & Creo Surfacing Plastic , Sheetmetal & Die Casting DFM , DFA, DFMEA, Tolerance stack up, Design Calculations Exposure to FEA, CFD Mechanical Design of PCB , Keypad, Display IP Rating OR MIL STD OR ATEX OR NEMA OR IEC OR UL, etc, Drop, Shock Vibration Skill Requirements: 1. Experience in Design and Development of Rugged Devices - Handheld Computers, Phones, Tablet, Mobile Devices etc. 2. Experience in Product Development - Concept, Detailed design, Prototyping , Testing and Manufacturing 3. Experience in Plastic, Diecasting , Sheetmetal, Elastomer parts design and manufacturing 4. Experience in Creo - Solid & Surface Modelling, Sheetmetal, Assembly, Detailing, Top Down Design approach & Skeleton Models & Experience in Windchill 5. PCB layout support experience (6.Experiance in working with Design validation team - FEA , CFD , etc 6. Experience in coordination with cross functional team and suppliers for Prototyping, Testing and Manufacturing 7. Experience in testing for Ingress Protection, Drop, Shock Vibration, Tumble, temperature & chemical test and Troubleshooting failures 8. Able to perform Tolerance Stack up, DFMA, DFMEA, FAI & RCA 9.
